Shipping
1. How do I get free shipping?
Order $50 or more before discounts and/or tax and free shipping is automatically applied to your order.
2. How much do you charge for shipping if I don’t qualify for free shipping?
We have a flat rate of $4.99 for orders $49.99 and under.
3. What are your order processing times?
Your purchase is shipped within 1-3 business days of your order. Please allow a week for packages to make their way to you once they are in the hands of a shipping company. You will be emailed tracking information as soon as the shipping label is generated.
4. Who do you ship with?
USPS and/or UPS.
5. Where do you ship to?
We only ship within the United States at this time.
Fabric
1. What is the minimum order for fabrics?
For each fabric, the minimum purchase is a yard but you can choose quarter yard increments above that one yard threshold.
2. Why do you not have care instructions for every fabric listed on your website?
I can only pass along the information I get from my suppliers, which is sometimes vaguer than I would like. As a sewist myself, always test your fabric in the same manner you intend to clean it in its final form to eliminate unpleasant surprises, remove excess dyes, and prevent future shrinkage.
Sales Tax
1. Why don’t I have to pay sales tax?
You’re in a state where I do not yet have economic nexus, so I do not collect sales tax. That can change any time in the future though.
