Return Policy

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.

We care about your satisfaction with your purchase. While we hope that every purchase meets your expectations, we know sometimes it doesn’t. If you are unhappy with your order, you can return your item(s) for a refund.

We have a 30 day return policy. Cut fabrics can only be accepted for return in an uncut/unwashed state. If the fabric has been washed or cut, we will not take it back. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and you are responsible for return shipping. To place a return email customersupport@greatbridgefabrics.com so we can give you a return authorization form. Returns will not be processed without this form. Once we receive your item(s) with the return authorization form, we will refund the payment method used minus the restocking fee. It may take 10-15 business days to process your return and credit your account.

Inspect the contents of your package as soon as the order arrives. After 30 calendar days, we will be unable to return your item(s).

Great Bridge Fabrics reserves the right to prohibit returns or refunds for customers who abuse our return policy.
